Our hosting provider and email/inbox provider may also process information on our behalf to operate the site and deliver correspondence. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, and the current website does not use contact-form information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
Contact and waitlist submissions are not stored in a separate website database. They are retained in ReadyGo’s configured email systems for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage requested access, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Temporary rate-limit records expire after approximately 15 minutes, subject to server lifecycle.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send credentials, account numbers, or confidential source documents through the form.
